Take time to giveÖ it is too short a day to be selfish. ~ ~ The miracle is not to fly in the air, or to walk on the water; but to walk on the earth. ~ ~

In a word to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious, grow up through the common. This is to be my symphony. ~ ~ Patience is a particular requirement. Without it you can destroy in an hour what it might take you weeks to repair. ~ ~ Weaken a bad habit by avoiding everything that occasioned it or stimulated it, without concentrating upon it in your zeal to avoid it. Then divert your mind to some good habit and steadily cultivate it until it becomes a dependable part of you.

No man ever reached to excellence in any one art or profession without having passed through the slow and painful process of study and preparation. ~ ~ Let us not be satisfied with just giving money. Money is not enough, money can be got, but they need your hearts to love them. So, spread your love everywhere you go.

For those who have seen the Earth from space, and for the hundreds and perhaps thousands more who will, the experience most certainly changes your perspective. The things that we share in our world are far more valuable than those which divide us.
