That is what holidays are for. ~ ~ Culture relates to objects and is a phenomenon of the world; entertainment relates to people and is a phenomenon of life. ~ ~ Scientific truth is too beautiful to be sacrificed for the sake of light entertainment or money. Astrology is an aesthetic affront. It cheapens astronomy, like using Beethoven for commercial jingles. ~ ~ Born of necessity, the little fellow (Mickey Mouse) literally freed us of immediate worry. He provided the means for expanding our organization to its present dimensions and for extending the medium cartoon animation towards new entertainment levels.
